STATEMENT OF FAITH

This page contains our beliefs in the scriptures.  While the doctrinal beliefs may vary among Christians, the most important aspect of Christianity is salvation into heaven through the cross of

Christ.

v  We believe in the Eternal Triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).

v  We believe that Jesus Christ is both God and Man.

v  We believe in the creation of sinless man kind by God and the fall of man kind due to free will.  That every person born is born in sin through Adam.

v  We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved.  The saved to an eternal heaven and the unsaved to an eternal hell.

v  We believe in the personality and reality of Satan and demonic forces and beings through him.

v  We believe in the eternal judgment of Satan by God the creator.

v  We believe in the accepted cannon of the Scripture.

v  We believe that the Gifts of the Spirit are active today and should be desired.

v  We believe that the baptism of the Holy Ghost is a separate experience from salvation and should be earnestly sought for wisdom and power.

v  We believe that water baptism is a public proclamation of faith and should be performed after salvation. (Jesus said, “If you are ashamed of me before man, I will be ashamed of you before My Father).

v  We believe that all mankind is born with a sinful nature and that no one who has ever been on earth, accept for Jesus Christ, has ever been sinless.

v  We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death through the shedding of His blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal bodily return in power and glory.

v  We believe that a person must be born again to enter into heaven.

v  We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ.

v  We believe that the five fold ministry (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastor, and Teacher) is just as active today as it was in the days of the first Apostles.

v  We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day.

v  We believe that the ONLY way to eternal life in heaven is by the blood that was shed by Jesus Christ. (No one comes to the Father, except through the Son).

v  We believe that true salvation is a conversion, and a converted life will show by the actions of the individual.

v  We believe that revival is the normal state a church should be in, and apart from that the church is asleep.

v  We believe that Mark 16:15 “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature” is a command to all believers by using the spiritual gifts God has given them.
